For our next Tucker After Hours dinner series, we invite you to cross the border to Mexico as we celebrate our neighbor’s rich culture and regional cuisine. We go well beyond just burritos and the taco (don’t worry, we'll elevate those too) from the vibrant salads of the northwest, to the smoky-sweet mole of Oaxaca and quite a few snacks in between. We’ll draw inspiration from some of our favorite chefs like Enrique Olvera and Alex Stupak to introduce you to a vibrant, fresh, elevated and nuanced take on Mexico’s culinary riches.
It's time to recognize one of the USAs most important neighbors and understand what makes them so great, because we know who the enemy is; Ignorance is the enemy.
