This month’s Tucker After Hours dinner is about embracing seasonality and one of autumn’s best and most delicious of ingredients: mushrooms!
There’ll be mythical white elfs and black trumpets, peppery chanterelles, nutty hen of the woods, and briny lobster mushrooms to name a few, showcased for maximum flavor across a range of cuisines and multiple courses.
